Collaborative Perks took part in the HR conference in Moscow

On May 31, Olga Zinovyeva, the project manager in Russia, took part in a conference that was organized by CCI. It was devoted to current trends in the HR industry. Olga made a presentation and told how to motivate employees in a new way with the instruments of the sharing economy. All modules of the company are based on the sharing economy, and they are in great demand in European countries.

For Russia, the economy of joint consumption is a relatively new concept, but such services as AirBnb, Blablacar, Uber have already taken root, and Russians are happy to use them. In this regard, the programs presented by Collaborative Perks were met with interest, and after the speech Olga answered a large number of questions.

The speech of our company was successfully included in the general theme of the conference. One of the main issues that is relevant for Russia today, as digitalization changes the management processes in the sphere of HR. The conference was attended by Russian and international companies, among them Ernst & Young, Total, Bellerage, CMS, Danone, Auchan, VTB Pension Fund, Safmar, Leroy Merlin, Rendez-vous, Ikea, Sanofi, etc.

Also in this business trip Olga met with several large companies from the banking and beauty sector. “Russia is a big country. One part of the culture is European, and another part is Asian, so it is very important to adapt our product to a certain market. To successfully work with Russia, we try to offer our clients something that could be of their interest.”- said Olga.
