Strengthen relationships with a team lunch !

Building bonds between employees can be as simple as having lunch together. Last week, Collaborative Perks family had a lunch together in a Salvadoran restaurant to welcome our new Salvadoran team member Elias. Having team lunch is a great way for employees to stay connected on a deeper level. It also helps a new hire get dug in and feel like they are part of the team.
